Behind NEBESA

NEBESA brings together aerospace engineers, rocket propulsion specialists and experienced software developers.

Based in Prague, we are a fully European team working toward greater technological independence in aerospace and defense.

Build with us

One team across disciplines

Liquid rocket engine during a ground test

Our roots are in the Czech IT Academy and the Czech Technical University in Prague. We combine aerospace expertise with rapid prototyping and a software-driven approach to development.

Our team now includes dozens of members who have contributed to the development of our rocket engine and flight demonstrator.

That experience includes RÁMUS I, a liquid-propellant rocket engine developed and ground-tested with CTU Space Research, reaching 9 kN peak thrust.

Independent and resilient Europe

Our mission is to strengthen Europe’s technological independence in aerospace and defense.

Our goal for the next five years is affordable, reusable access to space from existing runways, without a dedicated spaceport. Jet-powered platforms address flight testing, industrial and defense applications along the way.

European components, simulation and additive manufacturing support design iteration. We combine propulsion, aircraft and software development with ground testing and a staged flight-test programme.

Aerospace engineering

Aerodynamics, structures and flight systems developed around the mission of each platform.

Rocket propulsion

Simulation, additive manufacturing and ground testing, building on the experience of RÁMUS I.

Software development

Software expertise and rapid prototyping support our aircraft and propulsion development.

Work with us

We welcome conversations with propulsion, aerodynamics and avionics engineers, research teams, industrial partners and investors.
